Description
Rotex sanders are the most versatile, period. The RO 90 has one more feature that the larger Rotex sanders don't - a delta sanding pad for sanding into corners and tight spaces. Ideal for every small-scale application from aggressive material removal to fine detail sanding.
Three modes
Use the aggressive gear-driven Rotex mode for rapid stock removal or polishing. Turn the selector dial to the middle for fine random orbit sanding, or all the way right for fine orbital sanding with the delta head.
Edge protector
Clip the edge guard onto the front of the sander for sanding with the round pad right into corners without damaging the adjacent surface, sanding pad, or abrasive. For applications, such as windows, where you need to stay a consistent distance from the corner, the optional accessory set of offset edge protectors provide three levels of setback.
Interchangeable pads
Switch between the five sanding pads available quickly and without tools.

The equilateral triangular sanding pads and abrasives allow them to be rotated to extend their life.
Optional extended length delta sanding pad
The optional extra-long delta sanding pad puts the sanding surface all the way in front of the tool for extra reach to sand deep toe kicks, between spindles, or other challenging areas.
MMC Electronics enhance safety and control
The tool starts up smoothly, eliminating jolting and voltage spikes. Adjust the speed infinitely within the speed range to suit the material and application, and know that the pre-selected speed will remain constant even when load is applied. Built-in temperature control prevents overheating by switching the tool off when critical temperature is reached in order to prolong its lifespan.
Impressive dust collection
Connected to a dust extractor, dust is kept to a minimum. Even the ultra-thin extra-long delta sanding pad has dust collection channels.
