Picking Up an Order

If placing and order for pick-up, we will contact you when it is ready. When picking up your order, you will sign the pick-up slip acknowledging that the products listed have been received in good condition. You are responsible for securing product in your vehicle.

Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer same-day shipping on all in-stock orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time. Most orders ship by Purolator or Canada Post. Oversized orders ship by truck freight. Router bits ship by Express Envelope and usually arrive the next business day.

Rush shipping is available. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

All orders require a signature for delivery unless otherwise requested. If you request that no signature be required, Ultimate Tools is not liable for any damage or lost product.

Shipping Rates

Standard ground shipping is calculated during the online checkout process. If there are any exceptions, we will contact you. Exceptions include:

  • Orders over 110 inches in the longest dimension
  • Orders over 50 pounds
  • Beyond destination orders
  • Machinery and machinery accessories

Free standard ground shipping within Canada on orders over $99 (excluding taxes and gift cards).

Damaged Orders 

We take care packaging your order, but unfortunately, shipping damage can occur. Contact us immediately before signing for it. We will provide you with the appropriate direction to resolve the issue. You must report any damage or missing pieces before signing off or else you are responsible for any losses. 

International Orders

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Canada. International orders may be subject to import fees (import taxes, customs duties, or other fees) charged by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any and all import fees. Contact your local customs office for additional information.
