The YS640S is the flagship model of the Yoder Smokers S Series Pellet Grill line. Whether you need 700 degrees Fahrenheit to properly sear steaks or 250 degrees Fahrenheit for an all-day smoke, this grill can do it, and you can monitor it remotely using one Yoder's mobile app.
Designed with versatility in mind, there is over a thousand square inches of cook space and almost 12 inches of headroom so you can cook anything from a hot dog to a turkey. And with Yoder Smokers pellet grills, you can set up to cook over the direct heat from flames. Now with two-piece heat diffuser.
The competition cart features upgraded solid stainless steel shelves, large pneumatic tires, built-in tie downs and a bold orange paint job. YS640S available with Black or Silver Competition Cart by special order.
1,070 square inches of cooking space
Whether smoking, baking, roasting or grilling for yourself or a crowd, there is ample space for everything. The main cooking surface is 20 x 32 inches (640 square inches), and the included second level slide-out shelf adds 70% more room.
Controlling and monitoring technology
Adaptive Control System includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and a custom-coded microprocessor provides reliable set-and-forget usability. The temperature can be set from 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit in 5 degree increments.
Two food probes, and probe port on hopper side allow temperature monitoring, and a variable displacement damper creates different heat zones on the main cooking grate.
Large 20 pound hopper
Fill the hopper with one whole bag of pellets, for less frequent refills and no need to store partial bags. A ceramic ignition system makes starting it an easy, and the chamber is insulated to ensure safe temperatures.
User-friendly features
Stay cool handles, counter weighted door, and grease drain make operating the grill comfortable and pleasant. 8 inch pneumatic casters make moving the grill easy.
