FS Tools’ finishing down-cut spiral router bits are ideal for CNC routers, producing exceptionally smooth cuts without any chipping, fuzz, or tear-out on the top surface. In addition, the downwards cutting action helps hold down material, reducing the chances of parts moving while machining with a CNC router and counteracting flex in thin materials.
Each bit is made of special submicron, extended life carbide, then the flutes are precision-ground and semi-polished for excellent performance. Perfect for dadoes, grooves, and pocketing.
