The Festool Roundover Bit 2-Flute for OFKC 500 is designed specifically for rounding over edges in both plastic and solid wood. The special hollow shaft cutter mounts directly onto the spindle, delivering exceptionally high run-out accuracy and a clean routing pattern. Its Z2 double-cut design features two carbide cutting edges for a longer service life, while the cutter radius is precisely matched to the ball bearing for accurate results.
The low installation height, made possible by the flush ball bearing mount, allows routing in rebates or on stacked panels with ease. To help protect the surface, the radius transitions into a 5 degree run-out on the router blade. The bit installs quickly with a single screw and is supplied without a ball bearing.
