At the core of its design is an integrated 1/8 inch pilot hole drilling guide located on one end of the clamp. This guide supports accurate drilling during setup and then flips out of the way when it is time to drive screws through the 7/16 inch through hole in the body, allowing the connection process to continue without removing or repositioning the clamp.
Heavy duty construction with Acme screws and work surface protection
Built for durability, the clamp features a heavy duty steel body with steel sliding T bars and an aluminum alignment plate to provide strength and stability throughout use. Acme threaded screws allow for controlled and efficient tightening, supporting consistent pressure during installation.
To help protect work surfaces, non marring felt pads are included for both the clamp faces and alignment plate. These help cushion contact points and reduce marking on cabinet materials during setup and clamping.
