Amana Tool D 1/4 Inch 3-Flute Straight Plunge Router Bit can cut up to 800 inches per minute, and is designed for cutting 7/8 inch material in a single pass. Three flutes ensure the bit is balanced and vibration is eliminated, resulting in an improved surface finish. The narrow 1/4 inch diameter reduces waste, making the bit ideal for nesting and grooving operations.
Ideal for cutting laminated particle board, MDF, melamine, and plywood.
Recommended settings:
- 18,000 RPM at up to 800 inches per minute for particle board, MDF and melamine
- 18,000 RPM at up to 500 inches per minute for plywood
