The two ends pivot to match the angle of the adjacent walls or gables, and they are connected to the modular beam and the sliding connector allows an adjustment for length. This allows the exact length, and geometry of the shelf to be copied for an exact fit.
Connect beam sections to gauge anything from 17 inches up to 64 inches.

The adjustable ends of the gauge are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum on their CNC milling centres, then clear anodized for protection and for ease of adjusting. The extruded aluminum beams are anodized Woodpeckers red.
