Woodpeckers Stainless Steel Bench Rules are a generous 1-3/4 inches wide for rigidity and 1/16 inch thick. The satin non-glare finish makes them easy to read. A multi-function stop greatly increases the utility of the rule.
Woodpeckers Stainless Steel Bench Rules are available in three sizes
Choose from 12, 18 and 24 inch nominal lengths. The length of each is actually an extra 2 inches longer so that the stop can be used for scribing a line at the full stated length.
Choose from imperial graduations, or metric/imperial combination scales, accurate to 0.004 inches total accumulated error.
The included stop adds functionality to Woodpeckers Stainless Steel Bench Rules
Use the stop with the scribing notch at the end of the rule to draw a line perfectly parallel to the edge at the set dimension. The rule stop can also be removed and set in the cut out in the body of the rule to allow it to stand on its own using the graduations at the end of the rule.
Also available in anodized aluminum
The red anodized aluminum version with clear laser-engraved white markings are crisp and slightly easier to read in poor lighting conditions. However the stainless steel rules are tougher and stand up better.
The aluminum version is available in a 36 inch length instead of the 12 inch.
