Return & Warranty

We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price.*

It is often possible that we can resolve issues you may have quickly and simply. Feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns.

If a return is necessary, please contact us for return authorization and shipping arrangements.

Return Policy

No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Special Order items are not eligible for cancellation or return as these items are ordered specially for you and not normally kept in stock.

Tools not in new and original condition may not be returnable or may be subject to restocking fees.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Any consumable products (sand paper, epoxy, etc.) will only be accepted unopened and whole with proof of purchase.  With regards to heavy machinery, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. 

 For all warranty claims, please reach out to the manufacturer - we do not perform servicing or repairs in-house.
